Miramare Resort & Spa in Agios Nikolaos (Crete)

The Miramare Resort & Spa is located on the hillside of Gargadoros, raised from the sea front to offer views of Agios Nikolaos and the whole of Mirabello Bay. The 288 guestrooms range from Double Rooms with side sea view to 4-Bedroom Villas with private pool. Specific room types, such as the Superior Double Rooms and Suites, include private fresh water pools ranging from 10 to 20 sq m.

The Bellavista Buffet Restaurant is the main dining venue, offering buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner with both indoor and outdoor seating and a view of the bay. This restaurant uses ingredients naturally and locally grown in farms, reflecting the flavors of the Cretan diet. Additional dining options include the Aegeon Pool Restaurant for a la carte lunch and the Aeolos Pool Bar Restaurant for daytime refreshments and cocktails.

The on-site spa provides a range of treatments, cosmetic services including manicure and pedicure, and holistic face and body treatments. Guests can use three outdoor swimming pools and one indoor pool, a sauna, and a hammam. Recreation includes a tennis court with professional training staff, a fitness centre, and an animation team running activities from May to September.

Three day-lighted meeting and conference halls are located in the main building, all with a sea view, accommodating up to 300 delegates theatre style. The multi-functional space can be transformed for conferences, seminars, business meetings, and banquet functions. Wedding receptions can be held outdoors next to the Aegeon pool, with set menus for up to 150 guests or a buffet for up to 500 guests.

A Mini Club (unsupervised) with toys and a quiet playground are available for younger guests, situated between the Resort and the Luxury Villas. The hotel works with certified diving instructors to organize diving and snorkeling trips in the Gulf of Mirabello. Late arrival service includes a welcome plate of desserts and a bottle of wine in the room, and the restaurant remains open for warm food upon request.
